About us

Inside Love Mind is a place to make sense of love, relationships, and the mind behind them.

We write about the things people actually wrestle with: the early nerves of dating, the quiet work of a lasting relationship, the ache of a breakup, the reality of marriage, and the psychology that runs underneath all of it. Our goal is simple: to turn messy, emotional experiences into something you can understand and act on.

What we cover

  • Dating: first dates, attraction, modern dating and apps, and the labels people live by today.
  • Relationships: building healthy connections, emotional intimacy, and navigating family.
  • Breakups: healing, moving on, dealing with an ex, and rebuilding yourself afterward.
  • Marriage: getting ready for it, building a happy one, and working through the hard seasons.
  • Well-being & Psychology: stress and burnout, self-care, attachment styles, toxic dynamics, and the psychology of how we love.

How we approach it

We’re a research-led editorial team, not a clinic. For every topic we read widely across reputable, expert-informed sources, then synthesize what we find and rewrite it in our own clear, human voice: cutting the jargon, keeping what’s useful, and organizing it so it’s easy to follow. We aim to be honest, practical, and kind, and to never talk down to the people reading.

A note on what we are, and aren’t
